One Dead And Three Critically Injured After Truck Brake Failure

According to sources, a septic-waste truck in Australia was travelling at high rate of speed when it attempted a steep left-hand turn, ultimately causing it to collide with three stationary vehicles today.

One driver of the smashed cars died on the ambulance ride, while the other drivers involved remain in critical condition at a local hospital.

A man who drove through the scene of the accident moments after it happened described the scene as “horrific”.

It was crazy,” he said.

Further reports suggest that all drivers were trapped within the crash before paramedics arrived, including the truck driver himself.

Five cars were involved, including a car that has been partially ’embedded’ in a fountain.

For now, it is not certain whether the trucks brakes failed or not. A possible culprit may be speed, as further investigation will be conducted before concluding a cause.
